Foundation for Research in Science and the Humanities at the University of Zurich

The Foundation for Research in Science and the Humanities at the University of Zurich is committed to promoting scholarly work and excellence in research and teaching in all subject areas.

The foundation provides financial support for research projects, scholarly editions, library and archival studies, as well as for research equipment, materials (i.e. data as well) and specialist literature.

It also supports research-based teaching at the University of Zurich by providing financial help for the necessary resources (equipment, materials, literature).

According to the foundation's regulations only professors and Privatdozierende of the University of Zurich are eligible to apply.

Prospectively, the next call for applications will be published in October 2023, and the submission deadline will be 15 November 2023, 17:00 (CET).
