Collaborative Projects Horizon Europe
As the European Commission has fully activated the transitional arrangement as of 1 January 2025, researchers and innovators in Switzerland are again fully eligible for almost all calls under Horizon Europe. They must therefore submit proposals for collaborative projects of Horizon Europe as “beneficiaries” (thus including their part of the budget in the overall project budget requested). They may now also act as project coordinators.
About Horizon Europe collaborative projects
- Predefined topics in EU prioritised research areas
- Research projects need to address the call fully and accurately
- In addition to the Swiss partner (you), at least 3 independent institutions from 3 different EU member states or Associated Countries (one of them Coordinator) are needed
- Funding amount varies and is outlined in the call
