The ERC is funding 9 Consolidator Grants at UZH

The 2025 ERC Consolidator Grants grants, totaling €728 million, will support 349 researchers across Europe. The funding will strengthen recently created independent and excellent research teams.

Prof. Thalmayer Amber Gayle (Psychologisches Institut, PhF): The Pan-African Longitudinal Study: Renewing Psychology with Strong Tests of Universality and New Insights from the Most-Needed Region

Prof. Sendöl Ataman (Institute for Regenerative Medicine, MeF): Single-cell ribosome profiling to monitor the translational landscape of tumor-initiating cells

Prof. Schneider Christoph (Department of Physiology, dual-affiliation institut MeF/MNF): Unraveling tuft cell receptors and effector biosynthesis through interactome analysis

Prof. Casaburi Lorenzo (Department of Economics, WWF): Land Markets and Development
